Visit to Sunflower Farms

THis is a place that we’d been meaning to get to for ages. It rules! It’s part farm, part park, part zoo, all rolled into one adorable, kid-size playland. Here is Sawyer exploring the tree house.

A tiny henhouse has been filled with corn and fun tools—the kids shovel and rake and scoop…

And when they’re bored, they fill a cup and go feed the animals.

The animals are enclosed in whimsical little habitats with colorful fences

Adjacent to the animal pens is a giant hay bale maze, with planks placed here and there in case you want to traverse from above.
